The company has seen exploitational growth over the last 5 years and we are now looking to add a new Associate Director to the UK team to help us build upon our success.

This is a full time, hybrid position, based out of our London Bridge office (SE1) and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced loyalty professional to join the Customer Engagement and Loyalty team and play a pivotal role in growing the business.
Key Responsibilities

• As someone with at least 5 years’ experience in selling SaaS solutions, you will be hunt new opportunities and managing your own sales pipe.
• You will be selling to C/board level, so you need to possess the ability to communicate effectively and understand their business needs.
• You will understand digital technology and the importance of data in the loyalty solutions you sell.
• Working the with Business Unit Director and the Head of Marketing, you will source and attend relevant networking events and conferences
• Develop quotations and proposals

Responsibilities

• Building and managing your own sales pipeline
• Managing sales leads from initial contact to close
• Arrange and lead product demonstrations over video conferencing.
• Understanding the needs of potential clients and presenting our solutions to them in a way that addresses those needs.
• Develop quotes and proposals.
• Managing expectations with potential clients and leaving each conversation with clear next steps Leading in depth discussions, negotiations and consultations with potential clients to achieve contract "sign off".
• Attending networking events and conferences.
• Managing CRM data with leads to ensure prospect data is up to date.
• Meeting KPI's (Demo calls taken, Quotes produced, Revenue closed) and reporting numbers to management.

You will also work collaboratively with:

• The customer and engagement team to move forward qualified inbound leads.
• Product and Marketing teams to stay up to date with our latest product updates and marketing initiatives.
• Operations team to keep up to date with internal and external process for handing over new clients for onboarding.

About You:
To excel in this role, you’ll need to have the following skills, qualities and experience:

• 5 years proven track record of selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) into strategic / enterprise accounts.
• Deeply in tune with buyer needs and Relationship building.
• Ability to quickly identify customers’ needs and offer pragmatic solutions.
• Technical aptitude to master a complex, data-oriented product Demonstrated prospecting, discovery, objection handling, planning and closing skills.
• Highly coachable and motivated by continuous learning with a healthy dose of curiosity and a strong bias for action.
• Excellent written / oral communication and presentation skills.
• 2 years experience working in a similar role, or transferrable skills.
• Advanced Listening & ability to ask open ended questions.

The Job

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Team Management – 25% of time

• In the absence of the Director, you’ll be managing the team
• Supporting the Director in managing part of the account management team
• Lead the Ongoing Training of the team
• Coordinate key initiatives leaded by each champion

New Business Development - 75% of time

• Sell Bilendi panels in a defined sales territory, to data collection buyers in Market Research, Media, PR, Advertising and Communications
• Smash your individual targets and objectives
• Regularly present to clients and new prospects, quickly building a robust portfolio
• Attend various market research conferences and events in the UK
• Continually stay abreast of new products, industry issues and competitive strengths & weaknesses

And You

With a minimum of 5-7 years relevant sales experience in this industry, you will be well connected and have a proven track record of success. Experience of selling multi-country studies would be an advantage.

You will be highly motivated and driven to achieve your targets whilst remaining a key team player. This role demands close client interaction and so strong communication skills are essential.

Role Overview:

The Project Manager at Bilendi The Netherlands is a dynamic and resilient professional, adept at navigating the fast-paced and demanding market research environment. This role requires technical expertise, exceptional client service, and a proactive approach to market research. You are responsible for the technical setup, sampling, general follow-up on the research surveys of the clients and client management. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT tasks within the market research tool – SPM, ensuring efficient and effective use of technology in research processes.
• Oversee the technical setup and sampling for market research projects, including regular follow-up on surveys and direct interaction with clients' Project Managers.
• You will be instrumental in managing technical aspects of market research, including implementing quotas, assisting with integrating links with client-side tools like Qualtrics, and understanding complex sampling schemes.

The Job

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Day-to-Day

• Prospect new business
• Sell Bilendi panels in a defined sales territory, to data collection buyers in Market Research, Media, Education, …

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Project Management, vous intégrez le département « Services for Market Research » et vous êtes en charge de la relation client et du bon déroulement des études online.

Missions principales :

• Mise en place opérationnelle des projets

• Validation du questionnaire, validation et mise en place des quotas...

Missions principales

Rattaché(e) au Responsable du département Scripting, vous êtes en charge de la programmation des questionnaires en ligne. En tant que support technique pour les équipes internes, vous participez aux réunions de lancement de projets. Vous apporterez également votre expertise à la mise en place de nouveaux produits et vous serez force de proposition.
Vous serez par ailleurs amené(e) à travailler avec les équipes externalisées.

Profil recherché :

• Diplômé(e) en informatique
• Connaissances en HTML, CSS et Javascript/JQuery et Python
• 2 - 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la programmationw

The Company

The job

The primary role is to provide support with the members of the team on the data processing of online market research projects. The Junior Data Analyst will work closely with other team members, and take on responsibility of the processing and analysis of data – which includes data preparation and data tabulation. The challenge is to deliver a high-quality product and service in a tight timeframe in order to meet the client's expectations.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Data Preparation: Data entry, cleaning, weighting, coding, aggregation, merging and summarization
• Data Analysis (descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, etc) to accurately identify
• fraudulent respondents (speeders, straight liners, cheaters)
• Process data file in ASCII /DBF/ XLS /SPSS (.SAV) or any other format requested by client
• Report data inconsistencies, if any, or clean the data to make it consistent with the questionnaire and any other specifications from the client
• Data Processing mainly include: Tabulation done using statistical software available (SPSS, Excel or any other tools)
• Closely liaise with Project managers for any workload or project issues

And you

• At least Bachelor's degree holder in statistics / Mathematics / Actuarial Science / relevant degree
• Experience in using statistical software: SPSS, R and others (including Syntax writing)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (including basic understanding of Excel Macro)
• Work experience in market research is good to have
• High Level of professionalism and integrity
• Self-motivated
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timings
• Team oriented, but highly independent for their own projects
• Proactive + Multitasker + hands on approach with a can-do attitude
• Good verbal and written language skills for English and French (required)

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de Bilendi Services dans l’équipe Etudes, vous serez en charge de la réalisation des études :

• Coordination de l’ensemble des intervenants en France et à l’international afin d’obtenir le nombre de répondants dans les délais attendus
• Réalisation de la sélection de l’échantillon de panélistes online en fonction de la cible et du pays demandés par le client
• Intégration et routage du mail d’invitation
• Suivi de l’avancement du terrain d’étude en relation étroite avec la plateforme technologique partenaire et l’institut d’étude

Profil recherché :

• Vous possédez idéalement une première expérience en web ou statistiques
• Vous utilisez couramment internet, et êtes curieux de l’univers des sondages

Deine Aufgaben:

Du wirst eng mit dem Finance Team und dem Finance Manager DACH zusammenarbeiten und gegebenenfalls gelegentlich nach Berlin und Köln reisen, um uns vor Ort zu unterstützen.
Dein anfänglicher Schwerpunkt wird darin bestehen, bei der Rechnungserstellung sowie bei täglichen Arbeiten innerhalb der Buchhaltung mitzuwirken.

Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören langfristig:

• Debitorenbuchhaltung: Rechnungserstellung, Mahnwesen, Bearbeitung von Zahlungseingängen
• Prüfung und Pflege von Kundenstammdaten
• Kontenabstimmungen sowie regelmäßige Kontrolle der offenen Kundenrechnungen
• Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Unterstützung bei der Freigabe und der Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Vorbereitung von Zahlungsläufen
• Kontrolle und Buchung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
• Unterstützung bei der Analyse der Buchhaltungsprozesse
• Zuarbeit bei ad-hoc Anfragen des Finance Managers DACH

Womit Du überzeugst:

• Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
• Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel) und bringst eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität mit
• Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung

• Gestion opérationnelle de projets : Vous coordonnez les différents interlocuteurs mobilisés sur les différents projets de votre portefeuille

Profil recherché

De formation Bac+4/5, vous avez au moins 1 an d’expérience dans l’industrie des Etudes de Marché ou dans le domaine des études quantitatives.
